$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to designated patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
What you'll do as an LPN at HealthNet:
- Assess patient's condition by observing and recording patient behavior.
- Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and other treatment options.
- Collaborate with providers and care teams.
- Point of care testing.
- Administrative duties such as patient paperwork.
- Develop and maintain on-going relationships with patients, families and school administration.
- Maintain accurate reporting to health department.
When you'll work as an LPN at HealthNet:
- Full-time
- Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-1pm
Who you'll be working with as an LPN at HealthNet:
The Vision Academy team structure includes
- 1 LPN
- Work independent with minimal supervision
- Averaging 30-40 students per day, with higher acuity needs such as diabetes, seizures, asthma, etc.

What you'll need as an LPN at HealthNet:
- Currently not sponsoring for work visa.
- Requires LPN
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
