School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Mishawaka, IN
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate full-timeOccupational Therapistthis school yearfor a contract position located inthe Mishawaka, Indianaarea. For anyone commuting for this position, we can provide paid travel and housing stipends to help compensate for the drive.

Description:

• Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
• ASAP-May 31, 2024
• Virtual Interview
• $38-45+ per hour
• P-12th gradecaseload
• Caseload number varies
• Multiple locations

EverydayResponsibilities:

• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapyto students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment goals
• Conducting of evaluations
• Contribute to IEPs & 504 plans
• Keep organized, timely documentation of response to treatments and progress notes
• Work with 2 other OTs and 1 COTA

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice occupational therapy
• Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
