Individuals in our Residential Programs are adults at least 21 years of age, who are visually impaired or blind with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced LPN Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home setting.
This position will also be responsible for the program coordination of activities, staffing, scheduling, implementation of ISP goals, medication administration and adherence to all agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in related field
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities a plus!
- Must have valid driver license with no more than 5 points
- HS Diploma/GED and LPN license required
- Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing
