Pay Range and other compensation:
· $28 - $49.90 per hour (Pay based on experience, hours per pay period, and shift)
· $3000 Signing Bonus for permanent employees
· Per Diem Rate of 10% (for employees hired as per diem working <5 shifts/2 weeks)
· Shift and Weekend Differentials
· Holiday pay at time and a half that includes 8 holidays

Job Summary:
The LPN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing skilled nursing care to residents utilizing the nursing care process functioning within the scope of practice as defined by the state. The nurse determines priorities of care and performs care safely, compassionately, and competently as according to Children’s Country Home’s policies and procedures.
Abbreviated Job Description:
· Administer medications
· Perform trach care CPT, cough assist and suctioning
· Perform G-tube care and administer feeds
· Provide skilled nursing care
Requirements:
- Current WA State RN or LPN license
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Required immunizations (COVID, Flu, TDaP) and TB screening
Beneficial (but not required):
· Pediatric experience
· Trach and ventilator experience
