Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Administer medications and treatments under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and other relevant information.
• Assist in the development and updating of care plans for patients.
• Education and Support:
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, fostering a caring and empathetic environment.
• Quality Assurance:
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in WA
• New Licensed LPNs profile also accepted
• BLS certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
