We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. ```Duties```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Assist with procedures such as venipuncture and wound care
- Provide health coaching and support to patients with chronic conditions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
Initial Requirements for the job;
- Current LPN license in WA State
- At least 1 Year Experience working in a long term care setting
- Covid Vaccination Record
-BLS (AHA)
-Clean Background Check
-Excellent references
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
