Great Wages: $43.00-$47.00.
New Start Bonus: $9000 for full time
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
- Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status;
- Medication administration;
- Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
LPN Requirements:
- LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
LPN Skills and abilities:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
