Fort Hudson Licensed Practical Nurses practice at their highest level – and use their training to oversee resident care delivery practices. They observe resident response to treatment and direct the smooth operation of the nursing unit. LPNs have extensive resident contact every day and are an ESSENTIAL part of the interdisciplinary team.
