Graduate of a Program in Discipline (LPN) - Required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association - Required to be current upon hire
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required
Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter 1000-02 - .15 LPN Scope of Practice) - Preferred Minimum Work Experience
LPN experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred.
