VNA Care is hiring full time Home Health LPNs!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM - No Weekends!

Territory: Grafton, Northboro, Westboro, Hopkinton and surrounding towns.

Overview of LPN Position

Responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals, and objectives.

Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.

Home Health experience is not required, we will train you, fully paid orientation!

Education

Completion of LPN Program required.

Licensure

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
