LPN Job Opportunity in the Hudson Valley!
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking exciting job opportunities in the healthcare field? We have multiple openings available in a skilled nursing facility located near Goshen, where you'll have the opportunity to work with geriatric patients in dementia and rehabilitation units.
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New York.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, particularly with geriatric or dementia patients, is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Current CPR certification and knowledge of medical compliance requirements.
Work Perks:

Schedule and Compensation:
- 7am-3pm, 4 days a week and every other weekend
- Temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities are available.
- Hourly pay rate of $35, with competitive rates for all experience levels.
