The Position: PT LPN Montebello, NY 10901
- The PT LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities in one of our Assisted Living Facilities under the direction of the Registered Nurse. CHHA experience preferred.
- 7AM - 5PM 4 days a week & rotating weekends

- NYS LPN License.
- CHHA Experience preferred.
- Home care experience a plus.
