Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
- LPN License
- Covid Vaccine Card / Medical Exemption / Religious Declination
- Drug Test, if any
- Physical or Medical Clearance
- TB Screening
- Shift Time: 7a7p, 7p7a, 6:30p-7a, 2:30p-11p and 11p7:30a
- Possibility of Every other weekend Required
- 5 shifts a week guaranteed
- Contract is for 6-14 weeks
