- Draft creative briefs and project requirements for lifecycle marketing communications and offers with the goal to drive increased member and credit card acquisition, member engagement, sales, and retention.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing materials
- Share creative with internal and external parties and work to gain alignment on strategy, messaging, and project execution.
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners and external financial partner, including coordination and communication on marketing campaigns, plans and strategies.
- Project management, including status tracking, notes and action item documentation, and deck/slide building
- Ensure project accuracy and documentation; audit and proofread concepts, samples, and proofs; ensure adherence to schedule, production, and delivery timelines.
- Keep detailed records of marketing materials and manage a shared drive for the team to easily access documents and results.
- Process POs and invoices; maintain expense records of invoice and adherence to budget; complete PO closeouts.
- Track and report on campaign performance. Draw insights from campaigns and recommend future campaign enhancements.
- Utilize reporting tools and systems to access campaign reporting. Summarize using data visualization and track campaign performance trends.
- Prepare summaries and recap decks with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager to effectively implement Loyalty offer and marketing campaign efforts.

- Excellent attention to detail along with ability to multitask required.
- Thorough organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A strong background in Microsoft Office and Excel is a necessity.
- Strong preference for prior digital, loyalty or credit marketing experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Efficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative with the ability to respond to common inquiries or issues from all levels, both internally and externally..
