Low Voltage/Security Systems Project Manager

National Security Works (NSW) is the premier systems integrator and we’re currently looking for an experienced Low Voltage/Security Systems Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project controls, budgets, SOVs/billing, scheduling and closeout documentation
• Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
• Conduct project site visits to assess progress and quality
• Communicate project status with operations management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in access control, surveillance and Low Voltage/Security Systems (experience in fire systems a plus)
• Knowledge and understanding of access control, surveillance and Low Voltage/Security Systems and their installation methods
• Able to understand construction contacts and subcontracts
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in estimating security projects
• Understanding of computers and networking
• Committed to providing our customers with professional and quality service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and able to think on your feet
• Able to read blueprints and schematics
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record

Certifications in any of the following is a plus: Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, DMP, Bosch intrusion, Siemens MXL, PMP, CAPM, NICET

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
