Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry-level Low Voltage Network Technician. As a technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-Voltage Networking and various systems in commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the low-voltage industry and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and termination of low-voltage systems, including cabling, wiring, and equipment.
- Assist in the installation of various hardware including access points, cameras, point-of-sale devices, network equipment, audio/video, digital signage, drive-thru systems, etc.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of low-voltage systems.
- Assist in testing and documenting system performance.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep detailed notes and records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of low-voltage systems is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Flexibility for overnight and out-of-town assignments, as some projects may require an overnight work schedule. The frequency and duration of overnight work varies by project.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift with some overnight work depending on project type.
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Per-diem for out-of-town and overnight travel.
Experience:
- Low voltage & Basic Networking: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
