SalaryPerformance Toyota is seeking a Lot Technician for immediate hire!
- Position Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Position Pay: $14.00 - $16.00, per hour*
- Position Status: Full-time employee, with benefits
As the Lot Technician, you will be responsible for the overall appearance, organization, and preparedness of all vehicle inventory at Performance Toyota. You will manage the inventory floor plan for the entire fleet of new and used cars. The Lot Tech should assist fellow employees, address customer needs, and manage the layout of vehicles throughout the dealership's property. This Tech should be organized, efficient, self-motivated, and work well with others.

The ideal candidate for the Lot Technician position should be able to be on their feet throughout the shift, have a valid driver's license, and pass a substance screening test to be hired.

- Pay is experience-based, as determined by the hiring manager, and subject to additional company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Detailing vehicles deliveries.
- Placing window stickers on new inventory.
- Photographing vehicles to place on web pages.
- Maintain and organize the outdoor sales floor.
- Insure all vehicles are gassed and ready for sale.
- Filling in empty spots on outside sales floor.
- Additional duties as needed:
- Shop maintenance.
- Shuttling of service customers. Dealer trades.
Lot Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment.
- Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Prior dealership/automotive work experience is preferred but not required.
- Substance screening test and driving record check are required for all Performance Toyota employees.
