- Responsible for overall security inside and outside of the Thrift Store.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor by conducting frequent circulations of the premises.
- Observe and report any unusual behaviors of potential areas of conflict between donors and shoppers and report it to supervisors.
- Communicate emergency situations in timely manner to Manager and co-workers. Notify Manager when law enforcement officers and/or fire department, EMS personnel are called to location.
- Document unusual activity, vandalism, maintenance concerns, injuries and medical concerns as needed. Notify appropriate supervisor as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain grounds and perimeters of facility.
- Work successfully and in unity with store personnel.
- Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience: High school Diploma and experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
