Loss Prevention Agent

** Previous and/or Current Retail Loss Prevention Experience is Preferred **

Description:

• Candidates must possess Retail Loss Prevention skills and experience with the actual process of detecting, observing, apprehending, and interviewing shoplifters.
• Position includes walking the sales floor up to 8 hours per work shift.
• Protects company assets from both internal and external theft and shrinkage.
• Observes and reports potential safety and security hazards.
• Candidates must have computer skills, excellent observation skills, experience handling confidential investigations and information in a professional manner, and be able to demonstrate courtroom-quality report writing skills.
• Experienced with Analog and/or IP Network Camera Systems, video and image review, analysis, saving, and archiving.
• Experience using Net Track (or similar software) is a plus.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager and Regional LP Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $29.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
