Millennium Corporation is hiring a Logistics Specialist to work in Stafford, VA. The candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance in the near future.
- Provide dedicated logistics support for all GPTTS programs and dedicated logistics support for CAMP in the following areas:
- Prepare, submit, and manage Custodian Asset Report (CAR), Table of Organization and Equipment Change Requests (TOECR) for Table of Authorized Material Control Number (TAMCN) items.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of policies, processes, tools, concepts, principles, and practices associated with Acquisition Logistics.
- Possess the ability, knowledge, and expertise to provide support to the Team Life Cycle Logistician during the different Milestones within the Acquisition framework.
- Possess working knowledge and access to Logistics Tools: Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Total Life Cycle Management-Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST), Technical Data Management (TDM) Catalyst, FedLog, Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), and WebFLIS.
- Drafting, for Government review, life cycle logistics documentation in support of program milestones and other program events in support of
- Responsible for certain documents to include: Fielding Plans, SAMP, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, Disposal Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, Depot Sources of Repair, and Naval Messages.
- The Contractor shall possess the ability to develop a Logistics IMS, working knowledge of the Cost Estimating Tool (CET) to create Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFS). The Contractor shall observe and document Level of Repair Analyses (LORA) and shall draft, review, and revise LORA reports for Government review and approval. It is expected that the Contractor shall develop approximately four new documents per and update approximately ten documents per quarter. Each document could range from three to 25 pages per document.
- Conduct Manpower, Personnel & Training (MP&T) analyses for specified programs in accordance with the MCSC Manpower, Personnel, and Training Requirements Analysis Guide. The Contractor shall draft, review, revise, and update MP&T plans and related documents for Government review and approval.
- Develop, review, and submit Memorand for Record (MFR), track and compile Quarterly Reconciliations for Consolidated Memorandum Report (CMR) and CAR and familiarization with G4 Supply/MCAfunctions and policies.
- Deliver New Equipment Training (NET), student evaluation, and sustainment training to Marine Corps personnel both Contiguous US (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations.
- The Contractor shall update instructor guides, student outlines and program of instructions, lesson plans, student assessments, test material, and attendance rosters in accordance with Navy Marine Corps (NAVMC) 1553.1A, Systems Approach to Training and Education, for each training session.
- Annotate status of Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) in support of financial reconciliation. It is anticipated there will be approximately eight reconciliations per week.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance in the near future.
- HS Diploma and 8 years of experience. Less years of experience would be considrered with a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess an understanding of the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) , with the ability to assess the 14 areas of an Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA)
- Possess the ability to develop a Logistics Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Possess working knowledge of the CET to create LRFS
- Excellent written/oral communication skills required
- Intermediate Proficiency in Share Point, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency in GCSS-MC, TFSMS, TLCM-OST, TDM-Catalyst, FedLog, WEBFLIS
- Ability to perform detail-oriented work under strict deadlines
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
