Logistics Manager-3Pl

Responsibility:

- Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics vendors, ensuring optimal service levels.

- Be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment & logistics operations, including the readiness for peak seasons to maintain business continuity.

- Optimize logistics solutions to deliver cost-effective shipping opportunities

- Support the overseas logistics team in process optimization for import operations and handle daily customs clearance exceptions, ensuring smooth operations.

- Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a top logistics company, preferably with experience in 3PL management in a top E-commerce logistics company. Prior project experience with E-commerce clients is a plus.

- Fluency in English and the local language

- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high demand periods.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.

- Demonstrable negotiation skills for managing relationships with vendor companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
