Summary
Responsibilities for the Logistics Management Associate is to track, coordinate, and expedite the movement of ISO containers from production facilities to customers. Shipments must be executed with Operational Excellence to ensure the companies material is moved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Functions
- Tracks ISO shipment status from source to destination via tracking services and feedback from service providers.
- Maintains ISO order dates and communicates deviations to key stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Coordinates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ISO shipping schedules are executable within the constraints of the location and to deliver the product on-time/in full to customers.
- Performs transactions in SAP to update data based on ISO shipment progress, perform goods receipts and material movements in SAP, and generates documents from SAP to book and execute transportation.
- Provides accurate documentation for ISO import shipments, coordinating closely the customs clearance and final mile delivery with Customs Broker.
- Responsible for meeting documentation requirements for hazardous materials/dangerous goods for bulk shipments as required by International Air Transportation Association (IATA), International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICOA).

- Must utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, SharePoint, 3rd Party tracking portals, and SAP/MII to execute roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience required
