Responsibilities:
- Solicit and evaluate Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to source required materials or services.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and execute assigned buying portfolio, ensuring competitiveness of pricing and adherence to lead time requirements.
- Analyze quoted costs and lead times, applying negotiation and cost analysis techniques as needed.
- Follow up on Purchase Orders, monitor delivery schedules, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, including the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager and internal business users.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating supplier quality and on-time delivery performance.
- Investigate and expedite past due purchase orders, promptly communicating changes to delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate closure of Nonconformance Reports (NCR) with internal business users and vendors as applicable to their orders.
- Assist in other purchasing and departmental duties and activities as detailed by the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze costs effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or purchasing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
