• Receive, store, issue, and deliver materials and equipment across all client facilities.
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Record receipt of items and maintain an updated open purchase order file.
• File receiving documents from carriers.
• Stage items for delivery to hospital departments.
• Uncrate and perform minor assembly of received products.

Skills:

• Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to cleaning and sanitation in healthcare facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Experience with minor assembly of products and handling deliveries within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic computer applications for recording and tracking inventory.
