SalaryThe Purchasing/Scheduling Clerk will stuff Job Packets and organize the Job Packets for laser, plasma, machine, weld etc., by day. They will coordinate laser/plasma nesting to prescribed parameters and order Hardware, maintenance supplies, consumable supplies, shipping supplies etc. They will track non-conforming materials, organize/Ship Parcel shipments and create packing lists.

- Hours: 7am-3:30pm M-F
- Temp assignment estimated at 6-8 Weeks. Possibility of becoming a permanent position with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Stuff Job Packets
- Organize Job Packets for laser, plasma, machine, weld etc., by day
- Coordinate laser/plasma nesting to prescribed parameters
- Order Hardware, maintenance supplies, consumable supplies, shipping supplies etc.
- Track non-conforming materials
- Organize/Ship Parcel shipments

Skills:
- Proven work history
- Experience in a Manufacturing setting
Qualifications:
- Organized
- Reliable
- Self-starter
- Able to work with others in a fast-paced environment
- Duties will require daily coordination/interaction on the shop floor
- Solid knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Willing to learn
