This role will be expected to facilitate ongoing deployment and enhancement of next generation systems within the Logistics & Distribution departments, development of forecasting based on statistical analysis techniques, leveraging new digital thread opportunities, migrating reports from obsolete tools, improve and maintain KPIs, and support in other functional tasks and projects.

- Leverages SQL and data analysis best practices to develop and improve meaningful KPIs
- Listens effectively to internal customer pain-points to drive process improvement
- Supports merger, acquisition, & divestiture activity from a Logistics & Distribution perspective
- Evaluates process flows to identify automation opportunities
- Analyzes process outputs to determine optimization and cost savings opportunities
- Uses basic statistics principles to develop rudimentary forecasts
- Leads change management efforts in systems deployments and/or enhancements
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or similar or related experience
- Minimum one year SQL coding experience
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Tableau
- Fluent in English (read, write, & speak)
- 2+ years' experience working with or supporting logistics or distribution system processes
- Familiarity with IT processes is preferred
- Experience with Oracle-based systems is preferred
