Brown Technologies is seeking a Logistic Analyst to support the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Army Aviation Logistics, maintenance, or sustainment. The candidate will support the UHPO which is responsible for the comprehensive life cycle management of the Army's Utility Helicopter (UH) fleet. The UHPO manages multiple phases of acquisition, development, production, modification, recapitalization, sustainment, and foreign military sales for the UH 60 Black Hawk Helicopter and Lakota Light Utility Helicopter (LUH).
Responsibilities include:
- Perform logistics analyses, support strategic planning, maintain/update information management systems, and provide other logistics, acquisition, and materiel fielding support related to the UHPO.
- Perform technical analyses and provide multi-functional logistics support related to UHPO.
- Support life cycle management actions, and provide technical expertise to conferences/briefings to include on-site creation and delivery of high-quality graphics and briefing material and tracking of action items.
- Position is hybrid on-site/telework.
Qualifications:
- Possess an Army Aviation Logistics or Maintenance background with strong knowledge of the UH-60 and/or Lakota fleets.
- Experience supporting UHPO core systems: UH 60 A/L/M/V Black Hawk, the HH 60M Black Hawk, the UH-72 Light Utility Helicopter (LUH), and other utility aircraft.
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation maintenance management; supply chain management; automated information systems; Army aviation logistics processes, tools, and documents; data standardization, equipment fielding and training; and system sustainment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements: Product Support Management; Design Interface; Facilities and Infrastructure; IT Systems Continuous Support; Maintenance Planning and Management; Manpower and Personnel; Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation; Supply Support; Support Equipment; Sustaining Engineering; Technical Data Management; Training and Training Support.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage assigned area of responsibility with quality results.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Army Aviation Logistics or Maintenance background
