The Asset Visibility Senior Logistics Analyst is responsible for the oversight and all required actions for the entire 82nd Airborne Division equipment shortage and excess management, and New Material In-brief/New Equipment Fielding (NMIB/NEF) process. The Log Analyst should be certified and fully proficient with the Global Combat Supply System-Army (GCSS-Army). The Log Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day activities by using organizational resources to determine best practices for program execution and make decisions in accordance with the contracted work statement. The Log Analyst is responsible for maintaining high leadership standards and technical expertise to deliver best customer service.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Monitors and provides an expert analysis on equipment shortfall and excess within the 82nd Airborne Division.
Monitors and provides expert analysis on upcoming NMIB/NEF.
Monitors and provides expert analysis for Unit Status Reporting IAW AR 220-1 and DA PAM 220-1.
Support logistical needs of the 82nd Airborne Division.
Supports the coordination, and facilitate the operational aspects, of other current planning, project-team, and equipment management, sourcing, and redistribution.
Provides comprehensive guidance on Army equipment management initiative.
Works with a framework of established supply regulation, policies, and procedures an in the resolution of issues encountered in the process.
Conducts maintenance of historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents
Ensure that all authorized assets listed in the Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), and or other approved authorizations are on hand or on a valid request.
Executes property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate Army Property System of Record.
Ensure that all assets disposition instructions are executed in a timely manner.
Validates and ensures material readiness.
Able process Propose Sourcing Decisions (PSD) and having a general understanding of the Decision Support Tool system.
Performs analysis of equipment on-hand requirements (Class II, III, IV, V, and VII)
Request, receipt, storage, issue, accountability and the preservation of individual, organizational installation, facilities and expendable/durable, nonexpendable property and equipment.
Receive, inspect inventory, load unload, segregate, store, issue, deliver and turns-in organization and installation property and equipment.
Inspect completed transactions/work for accuracy and compliance with established policy and procedures.
Review and annotates changes to the unit material condition status report.
Validate/post transactions to organizational and installation property records and updates/maintains supporting document files.
Determine required method of relief from responsibility for lost, damaged and destroyed property/equipment items.
Establish property and inventory control management functions IAW current policy/procedure directives.
Maintain property and equipment under GCSS-Army at the unit and property book levels.
Review daily and monthly records of all property and equipment transactions including petroleum products, unit/organizational basic/combat loads and operating supplies.
Reconcile all local purchase transactions for fiscal/property accounting.
Ensure weapons/sensitive item inventories are conducted IAW current regulatory procedure.
Provide technical assistance to unit/organizational equipment and records parts specialist. Assist and advise supply officer and company commander.
Analyze statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standards and directives and efficiency of operations.
Review all authorized documents periodically.
Requisitions material to meet mission requirements.
Conducts inventories including preparations, documentation, and reporting per prescribed regulations.
Ensures compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
Identifies equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability.
Performs other duties as assigned per team chief/supervisor to meet organizational/operational objectives.
Review technical aspects of unit and property book records per AR 710-2. Performing in both manual and automated unit and property book levels accounting environments with the related functions associated with accurate property accountability.
Ensures compliances with appropriate regulations, forms and procedures pertaining to unit and property book levels hand receipts and other property accounting documents.
Provide services in support of asset requisition, receipt, short-term holding, inventory, issue, redistribution, classification and turn-in, maintaining hand receipts/annexes, property book adjustment reports, reconciliations, serial number tracking and unique item tracking.
Maintains all historical files, supporting documents and other required records; ensuring all files are stored IAW the Army Records Information System (ARIMS) Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Computers, Fax machine, Copier, Printer and Phones. Personal computer systems, Microsoft Office Programs, any other pertinent software and general office equipment
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Use of Government Furnished vehicle
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies
Forklift licensed preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work will typically be in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment
There may be times when an employee is exposed to extreme cold weather conditions
Rarely will an employee be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noises
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Work may require lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, climbing and prolonged standing and/or sitting
Physical requirements also include climbing stairs and extended sitting or standing

Associates or Technical Degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A) certified at the property book level.

Obtaining a Secret level security clearance is required prior to employment.
Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)
Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
Valid Driver’s License without restrictions.
Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Liberty Military installation.
EXPERIENCE:
Must possess at least five (5) years documented experience providing senior level liaison logistics analysis support in the asset visibility field.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Army Property Accountability regulations, policies, and procedures. Not limited but to include AR 710-2, DA Pam 710-2-1, and AR 735-5.
Preferred experience working at the Property Book Officer level at a Battalion level or higher.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge in the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program Hub (AESIP).
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Decision Support Tool (DST); Proposed Sourcing Decisions (PSD).
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) to include Business Intelligence (B/I) reporting functions at the Property Book Level.
Must be able to prepare and manage correspondence IAW AR 25-50.
Must have knowledge in Unit Status Reporting and NETUSR functions.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word to transcribe information into a clear and understandable format. At a minimum of using pivot tables.
Must have skills in oral and written communication to conduct meetings, evaluate plans, and prepare reports, operational plans, and working instructions.
Must be eligible to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Ability to work independently or in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
