Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior (Norfolk)

Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior Job Description:
Provide Configuration Management support for US Navy Ship navigation systems. Both the hardware and software of the system are in spiral development, and the Logistics Analyst is responsible for understanding the impact on product support.
Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior Primary Responsibilities
· Provide experienced ILS management and team development support to the customer team as project(s) move forward to ILS certification.
· Review ECPs, ECs and other documents and determine their impact on logistics products.
· Support Logistics team in development of logistics products.
· Understand connection between Configuration Management and other logistics products (maintenance planning, supply support, engineering changes, etc.).
· Participate in design reviews.
Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior Requirements:
· Prior experience with developing products for DoD programs.
· Experience with CDMD-OA including certification.
· Experience reviewing ECPs for their impact on logistics products.
· Excellent written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Experience with NAVSEA programs and their lifecycle support.
· Travel may be required for this position.
Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior Desired Skills:
· Experience in Configuration Management of DoD systems.
· Experience with NAVSEA programs and their lifecycle support.
Logistics Analyst Configuration Management, Senior Additional Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience.
· Candidate must have or be able to obtain and keep a DoD SECRET security clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen with no dual citizenship.
· Proactive/self-starter. Task driven with ability to work independently.
· Team player that takes ownership and develops relationships that foster team success.
Job: Full-Time Employee, 40 hours/week
