Mid-Logistics Analyst

Sedulous is currently hiring for a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. The qualified candidate will provide support for government property process through management of lifecycle events. Candidate will provide expertise with logistics applications/systems and programs/data management, and interface with government principals. Specific tasks may include the following.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communication Documents and Inventory
• Assist both the Project Leaders and SME in the development, coordination, maintenance, and reporting on activities related to AAV Total Life Cycle Support Management.
• Perform all tasks based upon having the requisite knowledge and experience equivalent to the knowledge and experience required for the Defense Acquisition University Core Certification Standards for Logistics at the Advanced Level.
• Responsible for the configuration control of updates into the overall Program and Product Support documentation.
• Develop and maintain a Logistics Integrated Schedule for the review and submission of all logistics documents.
• Tasks associated with the Total Life Cycle Support shall include, but are not limited to:
• Obtain and maintain SIPRNet access in order to support the development of all classified documents;
• Analyze Government policies and standards and provide recommendations on the applicability of these policies and standards to the AAV;
• Prepare logistics briefs and other executive-level documents/products for recurring and stand-alone events;
• Maintain up-to-date Life Cycle Sustainment Plans for AAV PdM; and
• Review AAV PdM program documents and Vendor CDRLs, for compliance and completeness IAW all DoD, DoN, and USMC logistics statutes.
• Support all AAV ILAs, and be responsible for ILA documentation preparation, status tracking, maintain configuration control, updates to all required ILA documentation, and develop and maintain ILA schedules.
• Support the development of LMI and entry into LMI databases for AAV products.

Education and Experience:

• Education: BS degree in business or equivalent experience in related field
• 6-8 years of related progressive professional work experience
• Advanced Level in DAU Core Certification Standards for Logistics, or its commercial equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with DoD and Marine Corps logistics policies and standards related to document formatting, style, and content requirements.
• Working knowledge of the S1000D and the GEIA 0007 Standards.
• Experience performing Life Cycle Logistics and Logistics Management in support of an ACAT Level I - III program of record.
• Must be proficient in MS suite; specifically Excel and Word
• Must have an active Secret clearance
