Immediate Need: Locum Laborist for 24-Hour Call Coverage

Location: Hospital Setting with Level II Nursery and Level III Trauma Center

Schedule:

• 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, including weekends
• Ongoing sporadic coverage due to scheduling needs

Reason for Coverage:

• Significant reduction in OB/GYN physician availability over the past year

Facility Details:

• Beds: 10
• Practice Composition: 5 physicians (3 full-time, 2 part-time who only take calls)
• Supervision: The locum will supervise other healthcare providers

Facility Features:

• Onsite laboratory and ultrasound equipment

Patient Care Mix:

• 70% low-risk pregnancies
• 30% high-risk pregnancies
• 40% gynecological care

Daily Operations:

• Average of 2-3 GYN surgeries per day
