Your responsibilities
- Data entry
- Dispatch calls to the appropriate parties
- Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
- Maintain office facility- Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
- A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
- Quality experience with Transcribing
- Knowledge of Presentations
- General familiarity with Research Analysis
- Proven knowledge of filing
- Wide ranging experience with Create Presentations
- Strong familiarity with scanning
- Well-founded grasp of Financial Notes
- Practical knowledge of Templates
- Earlier work involving Routine Correspondence
- Typing experience
- Experience with Spreadsheets
- Solid understanding of Schedule Appointments
- Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements
- Accomplishes tasks independently
