JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Areas of Responsibility
As part of the Global Marketing Localization Team (Corporate Marketing), the Localization Project Manager will
Work in a fast-paced international environment, engage and communicate with team members and stakeholders across the globe
Learn about SAP's localization strategy and operating model for programs/campaigns as well as for web and global event content
Learn about and apply localization best practices, reporting and performance analytics
Gain in-depth knowledge of content and asset localization and experience with relevant tools in SAP Marketing
Typical Tasks
As part of a team of Localization Managers assume responsibility for the end-to-end management of content Localization Projects from planning, through translation, review and publishing
Independently project manage content translation and Localization Projects related to specific programs, channels or accounts while clearly and transparently communicating with relevant stakeholders
Liaise with and build relationship with global, regional and local stakeholders across the marketing organization
Regularly report status leveraging relevant tools
Contribute to ongoing process and tool improvements
Work Experience
3-5 years of relevant strategic marketing or content marketing experience
Project and time management experience and skills
Previous knowledge of content localization processes and tools is a strong plus
Proven experience with Excel and Power Point tools
Education & Qualifications / Skills & Competencies
Bachelor or Master's degree in business, marketing or a related subject
Very strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail with an emphasis on both agility and quality
Willingness to acquire new skills to meet evolving needs
Must be a team player with the ability and passion to collaborate with a diverse - and fun - team in an international and virtual across time zones
Fluency in English and proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin).

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 68,200 - 149,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
