The Lobby Triage Specialist provides walk in triage needs based in the Cedar Street Lobby, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This position greets all clients and visitors, assesses needs, links walk ins with necessary agency or community resources. The Triage Specialist will provide initial screening and linking services to assist the consumer in connecting to needed resources. The Lobby Triage Specialist will work closely with Lobby Admin, Program Walk-In Staff and CCBHC Triage Specialist to coordinate internal referrals and admissions between the CCBHC and other mental health services and community resources. The Lobby Triage Specialist will also hold a lead role in managing the Cedar Street Lobby milieu to promote a positive, safe environment for consumers, visitors and staff. Must have MHRT/C certification or be eligible to obtain provisional. Case Management experience needed.
