Lobby Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team. As a Lobby Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. This is a vital position in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our establishment.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain the lobby area, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Ensure that all public areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and polish surfaces, including tables, chairs, and decorative items
- Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt and debris
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and hand sanitizers
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow established protocols for handling lost and found items

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
