We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is looking for a long-term career in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel services, amenities, and facilities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process check-ins and check-outs.
- Keep records of room availability and rates.
- Ensure that all payments are processed accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
