Lobby Attendant

Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests. ```Responsibilities:``` - Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures - Dust and polish surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and decorative items - Vacuum carpets and rugs regularly to remove dirt and debris - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and countertops - Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels - Monitor and maintain the appearance of plants in the lobby area - Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus - Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is beneficial - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cleanliness and creating a positive guest experience, we encourage you to apply for the position of Lobby Attendant. Pay: $23.15 - $27.25 per hour
