Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Doorman/ Lobby Attendant to join our team. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, guests and staff. Your duties will include monitoring surveillance cameras, managing access to the property, assisting residents and guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or conflicts with professionalism and conflict management skills
- Collaborate with property manager(s) and building superintendent to ensure the proper and efficeint operation of the building
- Assist with evacuations or emergency procedures when required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a doorman and or Lobby Attendant, in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
