Loan Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Processor to join our dynamic team in a family office in Aventura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service. The Loan Processor will collaborate with various stakeholders, including loan officers, underwriters, and clients, to facilitate the smooth and timely approval of loans.

Loan Application Processing:

• Collect and review loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify applicant information, including employment, income, credit history, and collateral.

Documentation Review:

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess the applicant's creditworthiness.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and other relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their loan applications.

Compliance Adherence:

• Stay current on industry regulations and ensure loan applications meet all compliance standards.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to address any potential issues and maintain adherence to legal requirements.

Customer Service:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance throughout the loan application process.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.

Data Entry and System Management:

• Accurately input and maintain loan data in the company's loan processing system.
• Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and external purposes.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on loan files to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
• Ensure the accuracy of loan documents before submission to underwriting.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or similar role in the financial industry.
