We are currently seeking an NMLS-licensed MLO for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will hold an NMLS license and a proven sales history whether inside or outside of the industry. This will be an inside sales position within our rural housing division which is focused on purchase transactions, and working with our established-based Realtors.
We are willing to train and provide education on the purchase market, and this is a position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position. 401K and Health Benefits are provided.
Compensation:$33,000 - $38,000
Responsibilities:- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Prior mortgage history is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate
