Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Roles:

• Engaged in handling customer inquiries, referral leads, business partners, and converting to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills

• Call new leads within 1 hour of being assigned

• Utilizing company technologies to make high volumes, respond to client’s inquiries, receive incoming calls, and return missed calls on a daily basis
• Document all interactions in NOTES
• Familiarize with all different loan products and apply solution-focused to help the client understand the available options
• Responsible for prompt and accurate responses to customer’s mortgage questions and concerns
• Direct calls or correspondence to proper departments/personnel in the event information is not available or requires research.
• Provide clients with information about the company's services to generate additional referrals
• Utilize the Price a Loan page with Loan Officer authorization and advise clients to use our online application and communicate throughout the application filling process
• Collect accurate information from clients such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, etc...to get the loan started
• Follow up with leads at leads once every 2 days, unless with a valid reason stated in file.
• Follow up on the last leads/old leads.
• Unlicensed Client Advisors can not advise the clients about the term/savings and discuss with clients about the rate/pricing but to assign to the Loan Officer to help
• And any other duties as assigned
• Job type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM- 5:00 PM)
• Salary is a base of $31,200 plus bonuses, which are estimated for this role to be $26,800. Bonuses are based on performance; the final amount may vary.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $58,000.00 per year
