Loan Officer Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility of borrowers
- Collect and analyze financial information to assess the creditworthiness of applicants
- Guide applicants through the loan application process and provide them with information on available loan options
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure that loans meet the necessary criteria for approval
- Review loan agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
- Strong underwriting skills to assess loan applications
- Experience in financial sales to effectively promote loan products and services
- Familiarity with accounting software to manage financial information
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Ability to perform credit analysis to evaluate borrower's creditworthiness
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and requirements
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan terms and payments
- Experience in loan origination and processing

Pay: $41,286.32 - $85,000.00 per year
