Job Title: In-Home Caregiver
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
- Implement and follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Experience in social work, caregiving, or childcare preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- First aid & CPR certification
