Our client, an international and full service law firm, is seeking a Litigation Secretary to support senior attorneys with a busy practice. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of general business litigation, commercial or IP experience within a law firm working environment. Duties will include calendar management, typing up all legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, e-filing in both civil and federal courts, proficiency in local court rules and procedures, TOCs, TOAs, calendaring, reviewing pre-bills, entering attorney time, speaking with clients, managing and keeping a back-up docket and other administrative tasks as assigned.
BS/BA degree preferred but not required. Must offer proficiency in MS Office, iManage and calendaring software.
