Litigation Paralegal (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of legal documents
• Prepare document summaries, timelines, chronologies, charts and tables
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Review and help ensure compliance with applicable rules including local rules and standing orders.
• Review and analyze records, communications, and excel spreadsheets.

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
