We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Litigation Paralegal at personal injury firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with personal injury litigation.
The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for drafting and editing legal documents (motions, BPs, etc.), researching legal issues, managing case files and tracking case deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Draft documents in a style specified by a lawyer or judge such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Monitor and respond to correspondence from lawyers, opposing counsel, courts, administrative agencies, or the public.
- Organize files containing evidence, court submissions, correspondence, hearings, meetings., etc.
- Communicate with courts regarding upcoming court appearances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
