Litigation Legal Secretary

Mid-sized Daly City insurance defense firm seeks an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to support attorneys specializing in insurance defense on a full-time basis. Principal duties and responsibilities to include preparation of all pleadings, discovery, motions, etc., heavy calendaring, scheduling, etc. Must be able to manage all aspects of a busy Litigation Legal secretarial desk. Candidates must be able to follow direction and meet and manage frequent deadlines. Attention to detail a must. Must have at least three to five years of relevant law office experience. Not an entry level position.
