Wilkes & Mee is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Litigation Case Manager to join our Jacksonville, FL office. This position is hybrid remote. You must have reliable transportation and be able to come into the Jacksonville office 3 days per week. Please do not apply if you are not willing to commute to the Jacksonville office each week. The right candidate will play an integral role in our legal team with the following contributions:
Compensation:$19 - $23 per hour
Responsibilities:- Help attorneys prepare for trial
- Keep case files organized and up-to-date
- Assist with scheduling court dates
- Maintain attorneys’ trial calendars
- E-filing (in state and federal court)
- Candidates must have prior experience handling personal injury cases from inception through litigation. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage tasks, and team-oriented mindset are required
- Candidates must be able to commute to the Jacksonville office 3 days per week
