We are a boutique complex litigation firm. Our mission is to offer unparalleled litigation and risk consulting services. We are seeking a new contract Litigation Attorney (Remote) to join our team. Your role will be to work closely on legal matters with clients of various insurance companies throughout the U.S. mitigating losses. Work in a congenial atmosphere in a boutique firm. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. You will work with other firm attorneys and clients alike and report to our partners. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: proven successful litigation results in civil law experience in the insurance industry (automotive background is a plus) proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and/or Westlaw databases admitted to (at least) one state bar association and in good standing legal research and strong writing skills strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to civil litigation What we are about: Law of Motion...The Intersection of Mobility, Tech, Insurance & Law Mike Nelson is a trial attorney and strategist who works at the intersection of mobility, tech, insurance and law. Dirk Pastorick has experience handling high-exposure, complex civil and precedent-setting cases involving large-value claims and novel legal theories nationally for clients throughout the U.S. and London. He is internationally recognized for his representation of international organizations in high-exposure liability matters and significant risk/crisis management issues.
