Description:

We are seeking a litigation associate attoryney. The candidate must be licensed and in good standing in Missouri or Kansas, with one to three years of litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury, litigation, or s a state or federal prosecutor, superior writing and communication skills, and experience independently handling cases from inception through trial.
Responsibilities include handling aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Salary is commensurate with experience.
